Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, set up a brand, or contact us for support. This includes:

  • Name and email address
  • Billing and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers or your Stripe secret keys)
  • Business and brand information you enter into the platform
  • Usage data and analytics related to your funnels and campaigns

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use the platform, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Magic Money Funnel platform
  • Process transactions and send related information, including receipts and confirmations
  • Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
  • Respond to comments, questions, and requests
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With vendors who assist in delivering our services — our current subprocessors are listed at magicmoneyfunnel.com/legal/subprocessors.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Payment Data

Payments on funnels you publish run through Stripe Connect on your own connected Stripe account; Magic Money Funnel's own subscriptions are billed by Stripe on our account. In both cases, card details are entered directly with Stripe — we never store full card numbers or primary account numbers on our servers, and we never hold your Stripe secret keys. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS.

5. Customer Data You Collect

As a platform user, you may collect personal data from your own customers through your funnel pages. You are the data controller for that information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of customer data complies with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and others as applicable). We process this data on your behalf as a data processor under our Data Processing Agreement.

If you are a buyer or subscriber on a funnel published by one of our customers, that business is the controller of your data — direct requests to them first (their contact details appear on the funnel pages and your receipts). We will assist them in fulfilling your access, correction, and deletion requests, and you can also reach us at support@magicmoneyfunnel.com.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the platform and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some parts of the platform may not function correctly.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below; account data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of a verified request, except transaction records we are legally required to keep (e.g., for tax and accounting purposes).

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
